Why LinguaTrackr

A tracker for the learning you already do

LinguaTrackr does not teach a language. It sits alongside your apps, tutors, books, and media so immersion and practice stay visible over months and years.

Log real sessions

Record podcasts, books, films, tutor calls, apps, and writing practice in one place, tagged by language, activity, and duration.

See the patterns

Minutes and pages turn into trend lines, activity mix, and consistency views you can check each week.

Motivation from the numbers

Measured exposure and output beats guessing whether you’ve been consistent.

Private by default

Your data stays with your account. Share a public profile only if you choose. Export CSV or JSON when you want an offline copy.

Migrate your history

Bring your study history with you.

Already tracking in a spreadsheet? Import your LinguaTrackr-compatible CSV, preview your sessions, and move your existing study history across without re-entering everything.

  • Start from the LinguaTrackr CSV template or a previous export
  • Preview your file before anything is saved
  • Valid sessions import; invalid rows are skipped with clear feedback
  • Bring existing history across without re-entering every session

Import accepts the LinguaTrackr template or a LinguaTrackr export — not arbitrary third-party spreadsheet layouts. Session import is currently in beta.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does this teach me a language?

No. LinguaTrackr is a tracker. You log the immersion and practice you already do; we give you structure, history, and analytics.

Which languages are supported?

Dozens of languages ship ready to add, and you can create custom languages. You log exposure and activity type, not lessons.

What kinds of study can I log?

Listening, reading, speaking, writing, vocabulary, grammar, immersion, apps (including Duolingo, Babbel, Busuu, Anki, and more), or a custom activity type you name yourself.

Can I import an existing spreadsheet?

Yes. After you create an account, open Export and import in the dashboard. Use the LinguaTrackr CSV template or a previous LinguaTrackr export, preview the file, then import valid sessions. Arbitrary third-party formats are not supported.

Is LinguaTrackr free?

Yes. Logging, streaks, goals, analytics, and data export are included with no time limit.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Download your full session history as CSV or JSON from Export and import in the dashboard.

Who can see my study data?

Only you, by default. Sessions and analytics stay private unless you enable a public profile in account settings.

What is the XP and level system?

Every logged minute earns 0.2 XP. Levels run from Beginner to Master and reflect accumulated exposure hours, not fluency.
